Bernard leads the operational, financial, investor relations, HR, and legal aspects of the firm, and is a board member of several investments, including IntelyCare – a staffing platform for medical personnel. Prior to launching Endeavour in 2000, Bernard worked with McKinsey & Co. 

Bernard holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD in Fontainebleau (France), and an MEng in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich, Switzerland.
